1. Operator and agreement
1.1. Who we are
Blaze Spins ("Blaze Spins", "we", "us" or "our") operates at www.blazespins.com. The casino is operated by One Touch Exch Co. Ltd, with registered address Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Marshall Islands MH96960, company registration number 129024, under Anjouan gaming licence number ALSI-202506039-FI2.
You can contact Customer Support at support@blazespins.info.
1.2. Scope and acceptance
These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your account and use of our gaming services on desktop, mobile and other supported devices. By registering, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not register or use the services.
1.3. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, legal obligations or operating procedures. We will publish the revised version and effective date and notify you of material changes before they take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to address an urgent security issue. Where required, we will obtain renewed acceptance.
Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms of accepted wagers or already-claimed bonuses, except where required by law. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the services and request account closure and withdrawal of your eligible balance under the applicable rules.
2. Eligibility and restricted countries
2.1. Minimum age and legal eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and be permitted to use our services where you reside and where you access them. An Anjouan licence does not mean our services are authorised in every country.
2.2. Restricted countries
You must not register, deposit or play while residing in or accessing the website from any of the following restricted countries or territories:
Afghanistan, Albania, Armenia, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Guadeloupe, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kosovo, Laos, Martinique, Mayotte, Moldova, Montenegro, Myanmar, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Philippines, Réunion, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, South Africa, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, and Zimbabwe.
Additional games or payment methods may be unavailable in particular locations because of provider, payment or legal restrictions. You must not use a VPN, proxy, false address or another method to conceal your location or bypass restrictions.
2.3. Restricted or ineligible accounts
If we identify an ineligible account, we may suspend access while reviewing it. Deposits, wagers and balances will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law. Residence in a restricted country does not automatically transfer ownership of all funds to Blaze Spins. Any lawful refund will be made to a verified source, subject to required checks and restrictions.
3. Your account
3.1. One account
Only one account is permitted per person and per household. You must not register another account if someone in your household already holds a Blaze Spins account. If you accidentally create a duplicate account, notify Customer Support immediately and do not use it. For this rule, a household means people who live together at the same residential address.
Shared devices or IP addresses may trigger a review, but do not by themselves establish fraud. Confirmed duplicate-account abuse may lead to account closure and cancellation of benefits or winnings directly obtained through the breach, as described in Section 10.
3.2. Accurate information
You must provide truthful, complete and current registration information, including your name, date of birth, email address and residential address. You must update relevant details when they change and must not impersonate another person.
3.3. Account security
Keep your login credentials confidential and use the security features available on your account. You must not share, sell or transfer your account or allow another person to use it. Inform Customer Support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Responsibility for unauthorised activity will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law; this clause does not exclude our responsibility for failures attributable to us.
3.4. Personal use
Your account is for your own recreational use. You must act on your own behalf and must not use the account to hold or transfer money for others, conduct a payment business or engage in unlawful activity. Winning consistently is not, by itself, proof of fraud or a basis for confiscation.
3.5. Registration decisions
We may decline registration or discontinue services for legitimate operational, legal or risk-management reasons. Any remaining legitimate balance will be settled under Sections 6 and 11.
4. Verification and financial crime prevention
4.1. Verification requirements
Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before the first withdrawal of winnings from bonus play, including free spins, free chips and deposit bonuses, regardless of the deposit method. If your account has not already been verified, the KYC process is triggered when you attempt to request that withdrawal in the cashier. Once your account is verified, routine KYC does not need to be repeated for each bonus or withdrawal. Clean cryptocurrency play, meaning cryptocurrency deposits and play without a bonus, does not require routine KYC. We nevertheless reserve the right to request verification for fiat or cryptocurrency users where legally required or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, financial crime checks or account security. Such checks may cover identity, age, address, payment-method ownership, source of funds and, where appropriate, source of wealth.
We may request identification, proof of address, payment records, wallet-ownership evidence, financial documentation, a selfie, a video check or a telephone verification where reasonably necessary. Provide genuine, legible and current documents through the designated secure channels.
4.2. Pending or unsuccessful checks
We may restrict deposits, gameplay or withdrawals while necessary checks remain outstanding. We will explain what is required and provide updates where permitted. If documents are incomplete or we cannot contact you, the request may remain pending; this does not automatically result in forfeiture.
False documents or evidence of fraud may lead to investigation, account closure and reporting to the appropriate authorities. Any withholding, reversal or recovery of funds must have an identified contractual or legal basis and be limited as described in Section 10.
4.3. Personal payment sources
Use only payment methods or cryptocurrency wallets that you own or are authorised to control for your own personal funds. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are prohibited. We may request ownership evidence and return an unauthorised payment to its verified source where lawful and technically possible.
4.4. Financial crime controls
Accounts must not be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or other unlawful transactions. We may review unusual activity, delay transactions, restrict accounts and make legally required reports. We may be prohibited from disclosing certain details of an investigation.
5. Deposits and account balances
5.1. Minimum deposit and supported methods
The minimum deposit is 20 units of your supported account currency, for example USD 20, CAD 20 or EUR 20. For cryptocurrency payments, the minimum is the cryptocurrency equivalent of 20 units of your account currency, as displayed in the cashier; it is not 20 units of the cryptocurrency itself. Supported deposit methods include Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Cryptocurrency, Skrill, Neteller, Interac, iDEAL, Sofort, PayID, Revolut, Wire Transfer, Wire Transfer (SEPA), Open Banking and OCT. Availability depends on your location, currency and payment provider. The methods available to your account, supported currencies and any method-specific requirements are displayed in the cashier before payment. Deposit-method availability does not mean the same method is available for withdrawals.
Do not send less than the displayed minimum. A payment below that amount may not be credited automatically. Contact Customer Support to determine whether it can be credited or returned. Any unavoidable recovery cost must be explained before recovery is attempted; recovery cannot be guaranteed where technically impossible.
5.2. Payment instructions
Follow the current instructions in the cashier, including the correct address, blockchain network and any required destination tag or memo. Do not reuse an old payment address without checking that it remains valid.
5.3. Crediting deposits
Deposits become available after the payment is received and the required payment-provider or blockchain confirmations are completed. Pending, failed or reversed transactions do not create an entitlement to an available balance. Any provisional or incorrect credit may be corrected under Section 9.
5.4. Currencies and fees
The cashier will show the account currency, any applicable conversion and any fees charged by Blaze Spins before you confirm a transaction. Your bank, wallet provider or exchange may impose additional charges or exchange-rate differences outside our control.
5.5. Cryptocurrency risks
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Incorrect networks, addresses, tags or insufficient network fees may cause a transaction to fail, remain pending or become unrecoverable. Contact Support if this occurs. These issues do not automatically justify confiscation of unrelated funds or winnings. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect instructions supplied by you, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Cryptocurrency market values fluctuate. The applicable conversion or accounting basis must be disclosed in the cashier. Blaze Spins is not responsible for market-price movements.
5.6. Nature of the account
Your account is a gaming account, not a bank account, investment or payment service. It does not earn interest. A displayed balance records your funds and any separately applicable promotional balance; it does not make all deposited money non-redeemable gaming credits.
6. Withdrawals
6.1. Available funds
You may request withdrawal of your available real-money balance, subject to the applicable VIP withdrawal limits, verification, payment checks and any valid conditions attached to an active bonus. Bonus funds are withdrawable only where the applicable Bonus Terms expressly allow this.
6.2. Withdrawal processing times
Blaze Spins processes eligible withdrawal requests within 15 minutes once all required verification and transaction checks are complete, except for OCT withdrawals as described below. Requests requiring identity checks, source-of-funds review, game-provider confirmation or technical investigation will be processed after those checks are completed.
OCT (card payout) withdrawals are processed as soon as possible but may take up to 48 hours, depending on internal checks, verification with the bank or payment provider, and bank processing times. Requests requiring additional verification or investigation may take longer and will be processed once those checks are complete.
The standard 15-minute timeframe refers to processing by Blaze Spins. The time for funds to reach your bank account or wallet depends on the payment provider, banking system or blockchain network and may not be instant. We will communicate the reason for a delay and provide an update where legally permitted.
6.3. VIP withdrawal limits
The VIP tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Ruby, Diamond, Obsidian and Blaze Crown. All numbered classes within the same tier share that tier’s withdrawal limits.
The amounts in the following tables are expressed in your account currency, including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD and AUD, and are not converted from a fixed USD amount.
Withdrawal limits for non-crypto deposits and bonus play
| VIP tier | Daily | Weekly | Monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 2,500 | 5,000 | 10,000 |
| Silver | 2,500 | 6,000 | 15,000 |
| Gold | 3,500 | 8,000 | 20,000 |
| Ruby | 5,000 | 12,500 | 30,000 |
| Diamond | 6,000 | 20,000 | 50,000 |
| Obsidian | 10,000 | 30,000 | 75,000 |
| Blaze Crown | 15,000 | 37,500 | 100,000 |
These limits apply to non-crypto deposits and resulting winnings, and to all bonus play regardless of the deposit method. This includes bonuses funded by cryptocurrency and winnings from free bonuses.
Withdrawal limits for clean crypto deposits
| VIP tier | Daily | Weekly | Monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 5,000 | 10,000 | 20,000 |
| Silver | 5,000 | 12,000 | 30,000 |
| Gold | 7,000 | 16,000 | 40,000 |
| Ruby | 10,000 | 25,000 | 60,000 |
| Diamond | 12,000 | 40,000 | 100,000 |
| Obsidian | 20,000 | 60,000 | 150,000 |
| Blaze Crown | 30,000 | 75,000 | 200,000 |
These limits apply to cryptocurrency deposits and resulting winnings where no bonus has been used.
Withdrawal limits apply over rolling periods: daily means the preceding 24 hours, weekly means the preceding 7 days (168 hours), and monthly means the preceding 30 days (720 hours). They do not reset at midnight or at the start of a calendar week or month. Each applicable period must be satisfied.
Where both categories apply to a withdrawal, the lower limit for each period takes priority. Choosing cryptocurrency as the payout method does not remove limits associated with a non-crypto deposit or bonus play.
All withdrawals, including those from clean cryptocurrency deposits, remain subject to the applicable withdrawal limits, verification, payment checks, minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable bonus conditions.
Withdrawal limits control how much may be paid during a specified period. They do not cancel your remaining legitimate balance. A bonus maximum cashout is a separate condition governed by the applicable Bonus Terms.
Your applicable tier and limits are displayed in your account or cashier. New or reduced limits will not be applied retrospectively to already-submitted withdrawal requests.
6.4. Payment-method consistency
Withdrawals are available through cryptocurrency, Skrill, Interac and OCT (card payouts), subject to availability for your account and location. Where the original deposit method is one of these supported withdrawal methods and can receive the payout, we will normally return funds through that method. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, we will arrange an eligible alternative from the supported withdrawal methods, subject to payment and compliance checks.
Withdrawals of winnings from free bonuses must be processed exclusively through cryptocurrency. These winnings cannot be withdrawn through OCT, Skrill, Interac or any other non-crypto payment method and remain subject to the withdrawal limits for non-crypto deposits and bonus play.
The receiving account or card must be in your name, or the receiving cryptocurrency wallet must be verified as under your control. Refunds to an original payment source are handled separately under the applicable refund provisions of these Terms.
Cryptocurrency withdrawals are not automatically available for every deposit method. Where you have used multiple payment methods, we may allocate withdrawals between verified sources or request additional verification.
6.5. Deposit turnover
Clean deposits, meaning deposits used without a bonus, must be wagered at least once (1× the deposit amount) before withdrawal, subject to the refund and account-protection exceptions below. All permitted games contribute 100% towards this requirement, including sportsbook bets where offered. Voided or refunded bets and bets settled through a sportsbook cashout do not contribute.
Bonus play has separate wagering requirements stated in the applicable offer; the clean-deposit rule does not replace or reduce them.
This is an account-use condition and does not replace our financial crime checks. If you wish to return an unused deposit without gambling, contact Support for review under the applicable refund provisions of these Terms. You will not be required to continue gambling to obtain a refund that must be made under applicable law, self-exclusion procedures or an account-closure decision.
6.6. Withdrawal fees and minimum amounts
The minimum withdrawal request for OCT (card payouts) is 50 units of your supported account currency, for example USD 50, EUR 50, GBP 50, CAD 50 or AUD 50.
For all other supported withdrawal methods, the minimum withdrawal request is 20 units of your account currency. For cryptocurrency payouts, the minimum is the cryptocurrency equivalent of 20 units of your account currency, as displayed in the cashier.
A 5% fee applies to every OCT withdrawal, regardless of the account currency. The fee is calculated on the requested withdrawal amount and deducted from the payout.
For other withdrawal methods, a 5% withdrawal fee may apply depending on the payment method. Where applicable, it is calculated on the requested withdrawal amount and deducted from the payout.
The cashier will display whether a fee applies, the fee amount and the net payout before you confirm the request. External provider or network fees may also apply. No undisclosed operator fee will be deducted.
6.7. Reviews of winnings
We may verify disputed or unusual game results with the provider. A large win alone is not evidence of wrongdoing. Any temporary hold should be limited to the funds reasonably affected, unless a wider restriction is required by law or justified by the investigation. We will progress the review without unnecessary delay.
6.8. Tax obligations
You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes applicable to your winnings. We may make deductions or disclosures where required by law.
6.9. Changes to standard and individual withdrawal limits
Blaze Spins may revise its standard withdrawal limits and apply individual limits on withdrawal amounts or the number of withdrawals permitted within a specified period. Individual limits may be higher or lower than the standard limits, based on the player’s VIP status, account and payment history, gameplay and bonus activity, documented breaches of promotional terms, and security or compliance findings.
Individual limits may apply to all deposit and withdrawal methods, including clean cryptocurrency deposits and resulting winnings where no bonus has been used.
Any individual limit, its applicable period and effective date will be communicated to the player or displayed in the account or cashier. It replaces the corresponding standard limit for that period. New or reduced limits will not apply retrospectively to already-submitted withdrawal requests and do not cancel otherwise legitimate balances.
7. Bonuses and promotions
7.1. Separate conditions
Bonuses, free spins, free chips, VIP rewards and other promotions are subject to their published conditions. Before claiming, review eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering requirements, wagering contribution, eligible games, maximum bet, expiry, maximum cashout and withdrawal or cancellation rules.
7.2. Balance treatment
The applicable Bonus Terms explain the order in which real and bonus funds are used, whether a bonus is sticky or withdrawable, and the effect of withdrawing or cancelling it. Bonus wagering requirements and maximum cashouts depend on the specific offer.
Once the wagering requirement is completed, the balance attributable to the bonus is adjusted to the applicable maximum cashout where it exceeds that amount. Unrelated real-money funds are not reduced by that bonus cap. A sticky bonus is non-withdrawable and is automatically removed when you submit a withdrawal request. The cashier excludes the sticky amount from the amount available to request and prevents a request exceeding the applicable maximum cashout or available withdrawable balance. Where a restriction applies, the cashier displays the relevant maximum cashout or sticky amount and the amount you may request.
The maximum cashout is a ceiling, not a guaranteed payout. Your permitted withdrawal is limited to the eligible balance after excluding the sticky bonus and applying the relevant cap; the same sticky amount will not be deducted twice.
Specific promotion terms govern that promotion’s eligibility, wagering and maximum cashout. These General Terms govern account use, verification and payments, including the lower-limit rule in Section 6.3. Game rules govern game operation and settlement. Nothing in any of these terms overrides mandatory legal rights.
7.3. Promotion abuse
You must not obtain promotional benefits through duplicate accounts, collusion, false information or deliberate circumvention of clearly published conditions. Restrictions on delayed bonus rounds, combining bonuses or claiming with an existing balance must be stated in the applicable Bonus Terms before participation.
Ordinary winning play or choosing a permitted game is not, by itself, bonus abuse. Action for a proven breach must relate to the affected promotion and comply with Section 10.
8. Responsible gambling and self-exclusion
8.1. Gambling risk
Gambling involves financial risk and you may lose the money you wager. It should not be treated as a source of income or a way to recover losses.
8.2. Account controls
Blaze Spins offers deposit limits and temporary or permanent self-exclusion. You may request these controls through support@blazespins.info. The Responsible Gambling Policy explains how the controls operate. Requests for tighter controls will be implemented promptly; increases to or removal of deposit limits are subject to the applicable safeguards and cooling-off periods.
8.3. Self-exclusion
To request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from Blaze Spins, email support@blazespins.info and clearly state that you wish to self-exclude. For a temporary exclusion, include your requested duration. Requests will be handled promptly. We will confirm the scope and, for a temporary exclusion, its duration. Temporary exclusions cannot be ended before the agreed period expires; permanent self-exclusion does not expire. Once implemented, self-exclusion prevents gambling access for the exclusion period. We will take reasonable steps to prevent reopening and identify attempts to bypass exclusion, and will suppress gambling marketing to the excluded account. You must not create or use another account to evade exclusion.
Self-exclusion does not remove your right to request a legitimate remaining balance, subject to required checks. The self-exclusion process described here applies to Blaze Spins. Do not assume that a request automatically closes or excludes accounts with other brands.
8.4. Cryptocurrency and account controls
An external cryptocurrency transfer may still arrive after a limit or exclusion is applied. This does not authorise further gambling. Contact Support about any such transfer so that it can be reviewed and handled appropriately.
9. Gameplay, errors and interrupted games
9.1. Game rules and wager acceptance
Review the rules, stake limits and payout information before playing. A wager is accepted when recorded by the gaming system and must not exceed your available permitted balance. Accepted wagers cannot normally be cancelled at the player's request, subject to game rules, verified errors and applicable law.
9.2. Prohibited activity
Fraud, collusion, manipulation of game results, unauthorised bots or scripts, software tampering and deliberate exploitation of a known malfunction are prohibited. Report suspected bugs or incorrect credits promptly and do not knowingly use affected funds.
9.3. Errors and incorrect credits
We may correct a demonstrable technical, payment, calculation or human error. Corrections will be limited to the affected transactions and supported by available records. We will explain the adjustment where permitted. If an incorrect credit has already been withdrawn, we may seek repayment of the demonstrable overpayment, subject to applicable law.
9.4. Malfunctions and disconnections
A disconnection does not automatically void a wager already accepted. The game rules and provider records determine whether an interrupted round is resumed, settled or cancelled. Where a verified malfunction makes an affected wager invalid, the affected stake will be returned unless a different lawful settlement is required by the game rules. Unaffected wagers and winnings remain valid.
9.5. Records and wager restrictions
Our records and game-provider records are evidence of transactions and results, but may be reviewed and corrected if an error is established. They do not prevent a complaint or independent review. We may limit or reject future wagers for legitimate reasons; this does not itself invalidate previously accepted, correctly settled wagers.
10. Investigations and breaches
10.1. Temporary restrictions
We may temporarily restrict an account or affected funds where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a material breach, fraud, financial crime or a technical error. Restrictions will be proportionate to the issue, reviewed as the investigation progresses and maintained only as reasonably necessary or legally required.
10.2. Outcomes
Depending on the evidence, we may issue a warning, remove access to promotions, correct affected transactions, cancel benefits or winnings directly obtained through a proven breach, or close the account. Legitimate deposits and unrelated winnings will not automatically be confiscated.
Any deduction for an actual debt or loss must have a lawful basis and be explained where permitted. We will not impose an arbitrary penalty or treat all balances as compensation for unspecified damages. Funds may remain restricted where required by law or a competent authority.
10.3. Notification and review
We will communicate the decision and reasons where legally permitted and explain how to complain. A suspicion alone is not a final finding of misconduct.
10.4. Payment disputes
Report unauthorised payments promptly to Support and your payment provider. Fraudulent chargebacks or knowingly false payment disputes may be investigated. Exercising a genuine payment-dispute right is not itself fraud. Reversals and any recovery will be limited to the affected amount and other lawfully recoverable, evidenced costs.
11. Closure and inactive accounts
11.1. Voluntary closure
To deactivate or close your Blaze Spins account, email support@blazespins.info. We will handle your request promptly and confirm when it has been completed. We will settle your legitimate real-money balance, including valid winnings, subject to verification and lawful deductions. Active bonuses will be handled under their applicable cancellation rules. If your request relates to gambling harm, please tell us so that self-exclusion safeguards can be applied.
11.2. Closure by Blaze Spins
We may close an account for a material breach or legitimate legal, security or operational reason. We will provide notice and an explanation where reasonably possible and legally permitted. Immediate restriction may be necessary to protect funds or meet legal obligations. Closure does not automatically cancel a legitimate balance.
11.3. Inactive accounts
An account with no login or gaming activity for 12 months may be marked inactive. Blaze Spins does not charge inactivity fees. You may contact Support to reactivate the account or request an eligible balance, subject to verification and any applicable restrictions.
12. Refunds
Contact Support promptly if a deposit is duplicated, unauthorised, incorrectly processed or remains unused and you wish to request its return. Include the transaction reference and relevant details. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, payment status and applicable law.
Amounts already validly wagered are not normally refundable simply because you change your mind or lose. This does not prevent correction of a verified error or a legally required refund. Promotional funds and winnings directly attributable to a reversed qualifying deposit will be treated under the applicable Bonus Terms.
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original verified payment source, subject to technical feasibility and required checks. Any lawful processing charge must be disclosed and explained. Nothing in this section limits mandatory refund or unauthorised-payment rights.
13. Privacy and communications
We process personal data to operate accounts, provide games and payments, verify identity, prevent fraud, meet legal duties and provide support. Our Privacy Policy describes the relevant legal bases, recipients, retention periods, international transfers and available privacy rights.
We do not sell personal data. We may share necessary information with service providers, including payment processors, identity-verification providers, gaming suppliers, hosting providers and professional advisers, and with authorities where required or permitted by law. Appropriate safeguards apply to such sharing.
We use reasonable technical and organisational security measures. No online system can guarantee absolute security. You may contact Support regarding access, correction or other privacy requests, subject to applicable law and lawful retention obligations.
Marketing preferences can be changed or marketing emails unsubscribed from at any time. Essential account, transaction and security communications may still be sent. We will obtain appropriate permission before using identifiable player information for promotional publicity. Cookies and similar technologies are explained in the applicable cookie information, with consent obtained where required.
14. Complaints and dispute resolution
14.1. Contact and submission
For assistance, contact support@blazespins.info with your username, relevant transaction or game-round references, dates, a description of the issue and the outcome you seek. Never include your password. To submit an official complaint, click the licence seal on the Blaze Spins website. You will be redirected to our licence page, where you can use the official complaint submission option. Customer Support can help you access this process.
Submit official complaints through the licence-page complaint function. Under the published licensing complaint procedure, game outcome disputes must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the relevant session, and account disputes, including payments, suspensions and bonuses, within 30 calendar days of the relevant event. Contact Support promptly if you need help. These procedural deadlines do not remove any mandatory legal rights.
14.2. Internal response
We will investigate and respond within 30 calendar days of receiving the formal complaint. Our response will explain the outcome and escalation options. Relevant account and game records may be reviewed alongside evidence you provide.
15. Liability
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Services may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our reasonable control. Ordinary gambling losses on validly settled wagers are the player's responsibility.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses or losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other mandatory obligations. Technical interruptions and errors will be handled under Section 9.
You remain responsible for losses directly caused by your proven unlawful use or material breach, to the extent recoverable under applicable law. Any recovery must be proportionate to the proven loss and permitted by applicable law.
16. Intellectual property, assignment and general provisions
Website content, branding and software are owned by or licensed to Blaze Spins or its suppliers. You receive only the limited right to use the services as intended. You must not copy, distribute, sell or misuse protected content without permission or another lawful basis.
You may not sell, transfer or pledge your account or contractual rights. We may transfer this agreement as part of a lawful business transfer, with notice of any material change and without reducing your existing rights or the protection of your legitimate balance.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally possible. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
17. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, subject to any mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to you.
Subject to Section 14 and mandatory rights to bring proceedings elsewhere, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Anjouan. Nothing in this section prevents access to the complaint and independent dispute-resolution procedures described in Section 14.
