AML Policy

Last updated: October 2026

1. Purpose and operator

Blaze Spins, available at www.blazespins.com, is operated by One Touch Exch Co. Ltd, registration number 129024, registered at Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Marshall Islands MH96960, under Anjouan gaming licence ALSI-202506039-FI2.

This policy explains our player-facing controls against money laundering, terrorist financing, payment fraud and other financial crime. It is read with the General Terms, Bonus Terms, KYC Policy and Privacy Policy. Contact support@blazespins.info for assistance.

2. Risk-based checks

We review account activity and transactions according to risk, taking account of payment methods, identity and location information, transaction patterns and indications of fraud or unlawful activity. Checks may occur at registration, during play, when funds are deposited or withdrawn, or following new information.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before the first withdrawal of bonus-related winnings, regardless of deposit method. If your account is unverified, the KYC process is triggered when you attempt to request that withdrawal in the cashier. Once verified, you do not need to repeat routine KYC for each bonus or withdrawal. Additional checks may still be required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, financial crime checks or account security.

We do not routinely require full document verification for clean cryptocurrency play, meaning play funded exclusively by your own cryptocurrency deposits without a bonus. This routine-document policy does not exempt cryptocurrency accounts from customer due diligence, ongoing monitoring or any other required checks. We will carry out verification whenever applicable law or licence requirements require it, and may request additional verification where justified by suspicion or risk.

We carry out customer due diligence and relevant sanctions and politically exposed person checks in accordance with applicable legal and licensing requirements. Depending on the circumstances and risk, checks may cover identity, age, residence, payment ownership, source of funds and source of wealth. We apply enhanced due diligence where required and may conduct additional review where risks are higher. A high-risk indicator is not, by itself, a finding of criminal activity.

AML/CTF oversight is assigned to a designated compliance officer. Relevant staff receive appropriate training on their responsibilities, including identifying and escalating suspicious activity. Our internal procedures support customer due diligence, ongoing transaction monitoring, reporting and recordkeeping. This player-facing policy summarises those controls and does not publish confidential monitoring thresholds or investigation methods.

3. Permitted use and payment ownership

Your account is for personal gaming, not for holding, transferring or laundering funds on behalf of others. You must act on your own behalf and use legitimate funds and payment sources you own or control for your own personal use.

Stolen or unauthorised payment methods, false identities, falsified documents, deliberate circumvention of financial crime controls, collusion and prohibited transfers between accounts are not permitted. Name or address discrepancies may require clarification; an inconsistency is reviewed rather than automatically treated as fraud.

We may request identification, bank or wallet records, payment-ownership evidence and financial documents relevant to the activity being reviewed. Submit documents through the designated secure channels and provide truthful, current information.

4. Deposit wagering and unused deposits

Clean deposits, meaning deposits used without a bonus, must be wagered at least once (1× the deposit amount) before withdrawal, subject to the refund, self-exclusion and account-protection exceptions in the General Terms. Bonus wagering requirements are separate and are specified in the Bonus Terms and individual offer.

The 1× requirement is an account-use condition, not proof that funds are lawful and not a replacement for financial crime checks. Completing it does not prevent a justified review. Deposit-and-withdrawal patterns with little gameplay, structured transactions or unusual account activity may trigger further checks, but do not establish wrongdoing by themselves.

If you wish to return an unused deposit, contact Support. You will not be required to continue gambling to obtain a refund required by law, self-exclusion procedures or an account-closure decision. Valid game choices or low-risk play alone do not justify confiscating unrelated funds.

5. Temporary restrictions and investigations

Where reasonable grounds exist, we may temporarily restrict an account, transaction or affected funds while reviewing identity, payment ownership, suspected fraud, financial crime or a material breach. Restrictions must be proportionate, reviewed as the case progresses and maintained only as reasonably necessary or legally required. A restriction required by law or a competent authority will not be lifted merely because an internal review has been completed.

We may request clarification, additional documents or provider confirmation. We will explain the information needed and provide updates where permitted. Some investigation or reporting details cannot be disclosed because of legal restrictions.

Suspected misconduct is not a final finding. We do not automatically void all transactions or confiscate all balances because a review is opened or documents are outstanding. Legitimate funds will be released, refunded or settled when the relevant checks permit, subject to applicable law.

6. Outcomes and account closure

Where evidence establishes a breach, we may correct affected transactions, reverse an unauthorised payment where lawful, cancel benefits or winnings directly obtained through proven misconduct, limit services or close the account. Any deduction or recovery must have an identified lawful basis and relate to the affected funds or an evidenced recoverable loss.

Unrelated legitimate deposits and winnings are not automatically forfeited. Funds may remain restricted where required by a competent authority or applicable law. We will communicate decisions and complaint options where legally permitted, in accordance with the General Terms.

7. Payment verification and refunds

Refunds and withdrawals may be delayed while necessary identity or payment-ownership checks, third-party claims or payment disputes are unresolved. Failure of a payment method to support refunds does not automatically transfer ownership of funds to Blaze Spins.

Where the original payment source cannot receive a lawful refund, Support will review an eligible alternative refund destination, verified as belonging to or being controlled by the person entitled to the refund, subject to payment and compliance checks. Refunds must not be redirected to an unrelated third party. Ordinary withdrawals are available through Cryptocurrency, Skrill and Interac, subject to the General Terms, method availability and required checks. Original-source refunds are handled separately from ordinary withdrawal-method availability.

Keep your transaction references and report payment discrepancies promptly. Your payment provider may also have relevant procedures and legal obligations.

8. Chargebacks and unauthorised payments

Report a suspected unauthorised payment promptly to Support and your payment provider. We may restrict relevant activity during investigation and request information to establish what happened.

A genuine chargeback or payment dispute is not itself fraud. Deliberately false payment claims may result in account action after review. A failure to respond may prevent resolution and prolong a necessary restriction, but does not by itself establish fraud or justify automatic forfeiture.

Any reversal or recovery is limited to the affected amount and other evidenced costs lawfully recoverable under the General Terms. This policy does not remove mandatory payment-dispute rights.

9. Fees

A 5% fee applies to every OCT (card payout) withdrawal, and a 5% withdrawal fee may apply to other methods depending on the payment method, as stated in the General Terms. Any applicable fee and net payout are disclosed in the cashier before confirmation. External provider or network charges may also apply.

Fees are not a substitute for verification, do not establish the legitimacy of funds and are not a penalty for raising a genuine complaint or payment dispute.

10. Records, reporting and privacy

We retain relevant identity, transaction and investigation records for the purposes and periods explained in the Privacy Policy and applicable recordkeeping requirements. We will make reports, including suspicious activity reports, and provide information to the appropriate authorities whenever required by applicable law or licensing obligations. We may also make disclosures where otherwise lawfully permitted. Reports and disclosures may be made without prior notice where necessary, and we will not disclose information where doing so is legally prohibited.

We use Sumsub for identity verification and may obtain assistance from payment, fraud-prevention and other relevant service providers. Information is shared only on an appropriate lawful basis, as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Questions and complaints

Contact support@blazespins.info with relevant account or transaction references. Support is available 24/7 by email and live chat. Reviews may take longer than normal automated processing when additional information is required. Complaint and independent review procedures are set out in the General Terms. To submit an official complaint, click the licence seal on the Blaze Spins website and use the complaint submission option on the licence page. Support can assist with accessing that process.
